Bakersville Purix Softy Mix Chocolate is a versatile product that can be used to make delicious chocolate-flavored soft serve ice cream. Here's a basic recipe and usage instructions:

Ingredients:

  • Bakersville Purix Softy Mix Vanila
  • Cream Milk


Instructions for use:

1. Mix 4 Ltr of full cream milk with 1 kg of premix.

2. Blend properly milk and premix using a blender and sieve

3. Let the mix sit for 5-10 minutes at 15°C to get better results.

4. Transfer the mix to the Softy machine.

5. When the machine achieves the temperature of -4°C, dispense the soft ice cream.


Note : Do not mix two different batches without washing the machine properly.

Storage condition: Store in a cool & dry place.
