MAWA CAKE PREMIX
You will need:
Eggless Mawa Cake Mix (1kg)+ Water (350g) + Vegetable Oil (500 g).
Baking Temperature: 170-180°C Baking Time: 25-30 minutes
Preparation:
1) Pre heat the oven.
2) Grease bottom & sides of each pan with oil.
3) Flour lightly (Use proper baking cup for cupcakes).
Mixing:
1) Take milk or water & sunflower oil in a bowl & mix it with whisk for 2-3 min. at high speed.
2) Add mawa premix in a bowl with liquid material & mix it for 2 min. at slow speed & 3 min. at medium speed by using paddle.
3) After mixing add dry fruits as per your choice mix it for 1 min. at slow speed. Now it's time to bake.
Baking:
1) Pour the batter into greased pan.
2) Bake as per directions given above or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
3) Cool completely before frosting.
