Cooking directions: Preheat and lightly grease the Waffle iron with butter or oil. Mix about 100g of waffle ready mix with about 70ml of water into a smooth batter, whipping by a wire whip for about two minutes. (No need of adding any butter or oil.)Batter consistency is important. It should not be too thick or runny Let the batter stand for about 5 minutes. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron leaving sufficient space for the waffle to rise. Cook the waffles for about 5-10 minutes depending on the power of the waffle iron. (You may adjust batter consistency and cooking time according to individual preference of crispiness and fluffiness.)
