Primary Uses: Filled Butter Cookies & Biscuits: Posing smooth-edged round cookies where the center naturally forms a cavity. Once baked, the well is filled with jam, chocolate ganache, or lemon curd. Meringues: Piping sleek, smooth meringue nests with an open well to fill with fresh fruit, cream, or curd. Choux Pastry: Creating precise, smooth rings of pastry dough for desserts like Paris-Brest or mini choux rings. Cake & Cupcake Toppers: Decorating the tops of cupcakes or cake borders with a clean, smooth ring of buttercream, leaving a center space for fruit, sprinkles, or liquid toppings (like salted caramel). 2. Serrated (Bottom) This nozzle features a ribbed, star-shaped outer rim surrounding the central cone.
