This is a bread mould from Finedecor, built for baking bread loaves and plum cakes directly in the oven. This size has a 250gm batter capacity. The metal construction heats evenly so the bake rises and browns consistently rather than catching on one side, and the shape itself does the decorating work — the finished bake comes out already in its defined form, without needing to carve or trim it afterward. It’s built for repeated use: a sturdy home-baking or small-bakery pan rather than a disposable one, so it holds its shape and non-stick performance across many bakes if it’s hand-washed and dried rather than left wet. Bakers reach for a shaped pan like this specifically when the final form matters for presentation — it reads as a finished bake on its own, without needing further decoration. Grease the tin lightly even on a non-stick pan for the cleanest release, especially along the corners and base. Hand-wash and dry it fully after use rather than leaving it to air-dry wet, which helps the non-stick coating last longer. Available online from Jay Foods, Pune’s Market Yard bakery-supplies store, with delivery across India.
