Funky Alphabet And Number Cutter

This is a Funky Alphabet And Number-shaped cutter for fondant, gum paste and cookie dough, made from food-safe plastic. To use it, cut neat, repeatable shapes from rolled fondant, gum paste or chilled cookie dough with one firm press, then lift the cutter away to leave a clean funky alphabet and number shape ready for a cake topper, cookie or sugar-craft decoration. Compared to cutting the shape out by hand with a knife, a cutter keeps every piece the same size, which a hand-cut shape rarely manages, especially across a large batch for a wedding or bulk order. It’s dishwasher-safe or easy to rinse under warm water, so leftover fondant or dough doesn’t stick to the edge before the next use, and it’s reusable for as many cakes, cookies or sugar-craft projects as you need. Home bakers use this style of cutter for birthday and theme cakes, while bakeries and cake studios use it to keep decoration shapes consistent across larger orders. Store it flat or hung by its edge so the cutting edge doesn’t get bent out of shape between uses.
